OZP Studios (“we”) is a small studio in Seattle, WA. This page explains what we collect when you use ozpstudios.com or contact us. It is written in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

If you email us, use the contact form, or apply on the careers page, we receive whatever you send: typically your name, email, company, and a description of the work — or, for applications, a note and examples of your work. The form opens your email client and sends that message to contact@ozpstudios.com — we do not run a separate form database.

The site itself does not use advertising cookies or a marketing pixel. Hosting and analytics providers may see standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) as part of keeping the site online.

How we use it

We use contact details to reply to your inquiry and, if we work together, to run the project. Applications are used only to consider you for work here. We do not sell this information. We do not add you to a newsletter unless you ask.

How long we keep it

Email stays in our inbox for as long as we need it to do the work or keep a record of what was discussed. You can ask us to delete a conversation by writing to contact@ozpstudios.com.

Your rights

If you want to know what we have, correct it, or have it deleted, email contact@ozpstudios.com. We will respond in a reasonable time.
